The notification has been served after the Media Certification and Monitoring Committee (MCMC) raised the issue of his tune adding up to "suspected paid news", saying Bagga transferred the crusade melody on his Twitter account without endorsement from it. 

"You are coordinated to state why use on the melody ought not be registered according to standard rate and added to your political race cost," the EC notice read. 

Bagga, who is likewise a Delhi BJP representative, took to Twitter, "Objections are being given to EC against me as Kejriwal ji is terrified of me. Sanjay Singh has been sent to Hari Nagar multiple times in most recent 4 days. I am a typical man and Kejriwal's competitor set in opposition to me has resources worth Rs 50 crore." 

The rap melody tweeted by Bagga when he was reported the BJP competitor has more than 72,000 perspectives and discusses how he is prepared to take on the rivals in the up and coming Assembly surveys in the national capital.
