Rajgarh (MP): Former Madhya Pradesh priest and BJP pioneer Badrilal Yadav was captured on Friday for purportedly offering a frightful comment against Rajgarh authority Nidhi Nivedita during an open gathering, police said.
In any case, a Judicial Magistrate court later conceded bail to Mr Yadav on an individual obligation of Rs 20,000, he said.
The previous priest of state was captured from his living arrangement in Rajgarh on Friday evening for the situation enrolled against him under IPC areas 294 (disgusting act) and 188 (insubordination to arrange appropriately
declared by local official) on Thursday, Rajgarh Superintendent of Police (SP) Pradeep Sharma said.
"Yadav was created in the JMFC court, which conceded bail to him on the individual obligation of Rs 20,000," he included.
An authority said that the previous pastor was additionally captured on Friday in an old body of evidence enrolled against him under IPC area 188.
The JMFC allowed bail to him all things considered too on an individual obligation of Rs 20,000.
