Hostile to CAA Protests: 8-Year-Old Boy Among 11 Dead In Uttar Pradesh

LUCKNOW — At least 11 individuals, including a 8-year-old kid, have lost their lives in Uttar Pradesh as the fights against the Citizenship (Amendment) Act turned savage in the state, authorities said on Saturday. 

Four passings were accounted for from Meerut locale, while the kid lost his life in a charge in Varanasi when a 'fierce crowd' was being pursued by police faculty, they said. 

After Friday petitions, six individuals were killed as dissidents conflicted with the police at a few places in the state. They flung stones and burnt vehicles, the authorities said 

There have been reports of terminating on police faculty sent to keep up peace, they said.
