Congress pioneer PL Punia says he saw Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and Vijay Mallya "talking prudently" in Parliament in March 2016, two days before the previous alcohol noble fled India.

Mallya said yesterday that he met Arun Jaitley before he left India, yet later said he never met the money serve officially. 

Congress president Rahul Gandhi said Mallya's charges were "very genuine", and that Prime Minister Narendra Modi should arrange a free test. "Arun Jaitley should step down as Finance Minister while this test is in progress," Gandhi said in a tweet.Today, Gandhi denounced "an obvious instance of intrigue", and blamed Jaitley and the administration for "lying".
