Service Spokesperson Mohammad Faisal tweeted: "Consular access for Indian government agent Commander Kulbhushan Jadhav, a serving Indian maritime official and RAW usable, is being given on Monday 2 September 2019, in accordance with Vienna Convention on Consular relations, ICJ judgment and the laws of Pakistan."
Dr. Faisal included that Commander Jadhav stays in Pakistan's authority "for undercover work, psychological warfare and damage." Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi had affirmed the news before in the day. After the decision of the International Court of Justice (ICJ), Pakistan consented to give consular access to Mr. Jadhav, 49, who was captured in Balochistan territory in March 2016. He was condemned to death in April 2017.
"Administrator Jadhav stays in Pakistan's authority for undercover work, fear mongering and damage," he said. India said on August 29 it had requested "prompt, compelling and unhindered" consular access and was in contact with Pakistan through strategic channels. In any case, Mr. Faisal's tweets on September 1 didn't state if the entrance was unhindered as requested by India.
On August 1, the Pakistan Foreign Office said Mr. Jadhav would be conceded consular access the following day. Be that as it may, the gathering, which was planned for 3 p.m. on August 2, did not emerge in the midst of contrasts among India and Pakistan on the details of the entrance. On July 17, the ICJ requested Pakistan to attempt a "viable survey and reexamination" of the conviction and sentence and award consular access to India immediately. One of the conditions put by Pakistan apparently was the nearness of a Pakistani authority when Mr. Jadhav is permitted to meet Indian authorities. India rejected it, demanding that the entrance be "unrestricted" and be in the light of the ICJ judgment.
Pakistan says its security powers captured Mr. Jadhav from the unsettled Balochistan territory on March 3, 2016, after he entered from Iran. In any case, India keeps up that he was hijacked from Iran where he had business interests in the wake of resigning from the Navy.
