The primary FIR against the BJP pioneer was documented in Barabanki in Uttar Pradesh, and the second in Chhattisgarh after Congress pioneers held up complaints.he Congress on Sunday recorded two police objections against Bharatiya Janata Party pioneer Subramanian Swamy for charging that Rahul Gandhi takes cocaine. 
"We have held up a FIR against Subramanian Swamy at Kotwali Nagar, Barabanki [Uttar Pradesh] over his comment, 'Congress President Rahul Gandhi expends cocaine'," ANI cited Congress pioneer PL Punia as saying. "We have requested exacting activity against Subramanian."In a letter to the police, the Congress said Swamy's remarks on Friday had hurt Gandhi's notoriety. It referenced the penances made by previous Prime Ministers Rajiv Gandhi and Indira Gandhi for the nation. "Rahul Gandhi is the eventual fate of the nation and such a charge against him has harmed Congress specialists and the general population of the nation," the letter included. The subsequent FIR was recorded at Patthalgaon police headquarters in Chhattisgarh on Saturday night, Jashpur Superintendent of Police Shankar Lal Baghel told PTI. It depended on a grumbling by Jashpur region Congress President Pawan Agarwal. "Swamy himself realizes that his announcement was false and purposeful to affront Rahul Gandhi ji," Agarwal said in his grumbling. "Swamy realizes that his announcement can support ill will between ideological groups and incite individuals. Such an announcement can exasperate harmony among individuals." 
Chhattisgarh Congress representative Shailesh Nitin Trivedi said Swamy's announcement was unsuitable, The Indian Express revealed. "It has slighted Rahul Gandhi and the Congress party in the state and everywhere throughout the nation," Trivedi said. "He has no good and legitimate appropriate to make such a false statement."Swamy said he was astounded by the Chhattisgarh Police's choice to enroll the FIR. "This FIR is idiotic on the grounds that the police did not complete a simpleton test to check reality," he included. 
Swamy purportedly made his comment after Union Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal said pioneers calling Punjabis "Nashedis [drug addicts]" ought to experience dope test first. "The individual Harsimrat Kaur is considering is Rahul Gandhi," he supposedly said. "Positively, Rahul will bomb the moron test as he takes cocaine."
